This is the maintained Sources baseline, using the structured V2 format. Browse New Jersey stormwater rules, BMP design guidance, and soil erosion standards.

Open a source folder to read its chapter. Each folder also includes the structured JSON records and its own SOURCE.pdf reference copy. Workbook folders preserve the original Excel file and a related BMP chapter PDF. Citations appear beside the source text.
The library includes BMP chapters, NJAC editions, both SESC editions, supporting reference tables and all six source workbooks. The printed revision is shown for each document; a collection year does not determine which rule edition applies to a project. Source figures are linked to the local PDF pages.
Available Mistral image crops are kept in each matching source folder's images/ directory. Use figures.md to browse them and images.json for page, bounding-box, hash and record associations. Images on table pages are linked with the table records; a shared page alone does not identify a crop as a particular table.
Example: 2023 green roofs | 2026 green roofs. Their NJAC references are within 7:8-5.2(f), Table 5-1, and related provisions in the applicable rule edition.
For offline testing, extract Sources.zip, open this README, and read AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md. The package includes its reference PDFs and workbooks. Return completed bugs.md reports to the maintainers. The separate Sources-Legacy.zip preserves the earlier catalog layout.
