Where gravel, limestone, or fractured, creviced or fissured rock formations are encountered and may pose a threat to the water supply, the local administrative authority may require a greater distance of a well from a subsurface sewage disposal system; 2. A well shall not be drilled within 20 feet of a wood frame building. (c) All Category 2 wells shall be located no less than 25 feet from a fuel storage tank.
