This index groups the non-GI Chapter 11 BMP pages that have been enrolled into the structured-claims model. It is intentionally source-backed rather than taxonomy-perfect: some entries map directly to Chapter 11 source chapters, while some concept pages are explicitly derived from those core source bundles.

Source-Backed Family Frame¶
In the live Sources/* corpus, this enrolled family is currently anchored to:
- Chapter 11.1 for blue roofs
- Chapter 11.2 for extended-detention and its derived dry-detention and underground-detention concepts
- Chapter 11.3 for manufactured treatment devices and their derived hydrodynamic-separator, oil-grit-separator, and membrane-system concepts
- Chapter 11.5 for subsurface gravel wetlands, which remain source-backed in Chapter 11 even though the current site taxonomy places that page under the Chapter 9 navigation
Chapter 11.4 (Sand Filters with Underdrain) exists in the live source corpus but remains deferred from this enrolled family. Chapter 11.6 (Wet Ponds Non-GI) is also not enrolled here as a standalone page and is instead handled through the wet-pond cross-reference carried in the Chapter 10 family.
