An 8-gate interactive checklist for reviewing groundwater recharge (GWR) compliance in New Jersey stormwater management reports (SMRs), implementing N.J.A.C. 7:8 and the NJ BMP Manual.

How to Use

  1. Set the header — Enter the project name, county, rule era (2023 Legacy or 2026 REAL Rule), and review date.
  2. Work through each gate — Expand any gate, review each item, select a status (PASS / FAIL / NOT DEMONSTRATED / N/A), and add reviewer notes.
  3. Use the calculators — Gates G3, G4, and G5 include embedded calculators for storage volume, drain time, and SHWT separation.
  4. Export — Export a CSV log of all items, or export a printable deficiency report if issues are found.
