Legacy Source Library

The maintained baseline is the Sources knowledge base. This folder preserves the earlier PDF/OCR layout and citation-registry inputs for existing references. Download it separately as Sources-Legacy.zip.

Use the original PDFs to check the requirements and chapter details behind the guide. The source register links to the stored documents and distinguishes each comparison collection from the document's printed revision.

Stormwater Rules

The September copy was supplied for this collection. A stored copy's presence or matching file hash does not establish an authenticated download from the agency. For a project, confirm the governing review program, application and approval history, and subsequent amendments. Read the rules comparison.

BMP Manual

Chapter revision dates vary. Some chapters in the January collection retain earlier printed revisions. Chapter 6 is July 2023 in both collections; the supplied Chapter 12 copies are March 2024. The latter cannot establish the exact historical July 2023 Chapter 12 text. Use the printed chapter date when citing it.

Start with NJDEP's BMP Manual and the stored source register. The manual supports design and computation; the applicable NJAC rule controls where their requirements differ.

Reading and Downloads

Extracted text accompanies many PDFs for searching and comparison. Check the original page for tables, symbols, numerical limits, exceptions and footnotes. Earlier extraction-quality summaries describe the extraction process, not approval of every engineering statement.

The Downloads page provides the source package and explains limitations of the unmodified agency workbooks. The source layout guide describes the repository's reference paths and citation records.
